Hello everyone;
I want you to help me on the desicion of what endmill ginding machine to buy.
First of all I am a mechanical Engineer but I have no experience about ginding endmills, I would really apreciate you help me on this information (books, manuals, etc), and experience about those machines.
The endmills are expensive in my country and resharpening would be great for money savings because of that I want to do it my self, nobody does it where I live.
Have you ever had any of these machines?

You didn't bring anything to the discussion. This isn't an RFQ thread, he is not asking from whom to buy, he is asking for comparisons and opinions of the various options. If you just want to announce your products, there is a Manufacturer's Announcement forum for that.
You are in the grinder business and you sell grinders similar to the ones the OP asked about. That puts you are in a unique position to make a valuable contribution to this discussion. Why not do that instead of simply spamming the thread. Tell us why grinder A is better than grinder B but not as good as Grinder C for certain types of end mills but better for other types.
Put in a bit of effort, educate us. The business will follow from that

I just joined this site and saw this thread looking under darex,
ive had a cuttermaster for over 15 years- does a decent job in my opinion,
on fluting!
the only real issues i've had are that the spindle sometimes tightens up, but then again im not working in a shmoosy temperature controlled shop either. in the winter i put a little heat on the outside of the air spindle body to get it going freely.
as far as the end (bottom)grinding goes, its ok, better for aluminum cutters as you wont get a true flat edge, unless you swing the head back and 90 degrees
i also use it on carbide endmills, i just indicate and take spring passes etc.
only thing i wont use it for is hogmills- too lightweight, maybe if you only use up to 1/2 hogs, but no good for 1 inch and above hogmills- get an air spindle and mount it on a goold ole cincinatti
hope this helps your search for your ginder, or grinder too

I've seen the apollo type on Ebay, and it looks to be around $1200-$1500 including shipping to OZ, but I never seem to see others on Ebay?
Has anyone any experience with the Apollo?
I'd like to get a sharpener at some point, but $1500 buys an awful lot of disposable cutters if it's not that flash!
cheers,
Ian
It's rumoured that everytime someone buys a TB6560 based board, an engineer cries!
