Hi all. I bought a small 40w CO2 cooled chinese laser machine with moshidraw/ moshisoft software but I've not been able to use it. Need some help.

Have you followed the operation manual?
Did you install the soft correctly?
May be you can give us some detailed description of the problem, so that we might give some suggestions to you.

Like to say thanks also. I installed the software properly but the toolbars in the moshisoft software does not work. I had contacted the supplier but he referred me to someone else who has not been of much help. I got a mail from someone saying I should upgrade as a couple of people have complained about the same machine and software.
