    Butch,

What is your requirement for the chuck diameter?

No chuck involved. In the item pictured, stepper motor input shaft and the worm gear output shaft are both 14mm.
I am looking for a larger stepper motor and a 0.75 to 1.0 inch (19 to 25mm) output shaft.

    Butch,

Since The Amazing Kreskin has left the building, posting a little more pertinent information such as reduction ratio and backlash requirement might expedite your request for information,

    Have a most awesome evening!

    Jim,

Don't forget the flange adapter, most of those gearboxes are for a 56C motor.

    Jim,

I agree, if someone wanted to turn a few sleeves on a lathe and mill a Nema 23 to 34 adapter plate, the eBay gearboxes might work however that would require thinking outside the box.
