Laser Engraving - Need Help Please

Hello Everyone,
im new to this forum and this business and i need your help to chose the right machine, and recommandation for suppliers too.
i want to make things like the one in the photo please let me know which machine is the best ( i dont need professional machines since it will be expensive)
i found some engraving machine on ebay from 100 to 300 euro and more like and i fdont no if it will do this:
