Default Suggestions on Adding a 4th Axis

I'm looking into adding a 4th axis to my machine. I have been perusing the internet and see hundreds of heads and tail stocks for sale. in the $100+ to $300+ range.
I would like a 4 jaw chuck with a belt drive and a tailstock. I have been reading that the gearbox drives may not be as accurate as the belt drives.

I'm looking for suggestions on what you are using and what works for you. The mill is from CNC Router Parts and works very well.

Thank you for any suggestion you can offer!!

Anything in the $100-$300 range is going to be low quality chinese.
Imo, anything with a single belt drive is going to be low powered, and have poor resolution.

Something like this is the best option, imo.

Expect to pay between $200-$400 for a quality gearbox, unless you find a really good deal. I picked up some zero backlash 21:1 gearboxes for $250 each on Ebay, but they usually go for $400-$450.

    Here's another good one.
