Where are you? I have a 60 x 60 k2 I don't use anymore.
I've had smaller CNC machines for years, every iteration of Shapeoko's up to there XXL which has a 32"x32" cutting area. I've made a bit of a small business using these machines over the last couple years, and ready to expand. Limited in shop space to 4'x4', but thats a big jump compared to what Im working at.
So far I've looked at CNC Router Parts, Camaster Stinger and Freedom CNC. The Freedom was quickly crossed off the list because of cost. Ideally I would be around $10k and it was way over. The Stinger is just over $13k. I like the idea of having a "turn key" machine, even if its a little over budget. CNC Router Parts pretty well loaded, including their spindle is just at $10k (and of course the option of getting a much cheaper ebay spindle or just continuing to go the router route which has served me well). What else should I be considering? Any thoughts on the machines above?
Thanks!
