Default Schematics for a FANUC pwr supply board

    Hi to all.
    Great Forum, just registered.

I have a MIYANO Machines BNC 20 lathe with FANUC electronics.

The FANUC power supply board type A20B-1000-0410/03A has given up life.
Skilled in electronics, looked for the obvious faults but none found. Afraid it may be the central control module, FANUC A-PS01 that is wasted.

Can somebody PLEASE help me to locate a shematic diagram for this power supply board, will pay any reasonable amount for a schematic of the board.

    Default Repaired !

    Hi.
Machine is back in service, have repaired the power supply. Traced the circuits as best as I could , never got hold of a schematic. The fault was a number of turns short circuit in the HF chopper transformer.( the winding that feeds the +24 V rectifier) Took it apart and rewound it, after which a friend vacuum-impregnated it. Went thru all other components, found two iffy electrolytics also, replaced all 19 and revarnished the board.
Total cost for repair was around US$ 200.

Machine is now paying for itself!. A local sevice company had previously quoted US$ 6500 to replace the faulty power supply.

So, we got quite a hefty beer-kitty!

Pretty slick fix. Wish more guys were doing fixes at the component level, that way I wouldn't look strange when I want to do it.

    Default Repair!

    Hello Shangyd,
thanks for the response. We are many!!
I am, and have been for 50 years, a firm believer in repairing EVERYTHING.
Most repair work on elecronics is actually getting easier, as long as it is not programmable stuff. Mfrs love to device strange interfaces and still stranger embedded code and firmware. And to reverse engineer that is a game I have given up on.
But, everything else is fair game, and I succeed in more than 75 % of the cases.

Does anybody have any pointers on a YASNAC MX1 error code:

    MM-01 ERROR
    #30 E4:16:820

Code occurs at startup and machine ( MATSUURA MC 760V) hangs up in the initilization stage.

    Anybody out there, please!

    Ola
