    VM Basic Demo

    Is there any way to specify no machine zones around a part in this software. I don't want the cutter to go more than its diameter around the side of the part when profiling. Can I import in a custom stock size the is not square and have the software not profile all the stock. How would you work around clamps etc. Thanks

    They refer to that as regions. Check out the machining regions section of the help file and they explain them fairly well. Kinda funky but they work.

    It would be different for both 2.5 or 3d. Which are you asking about?
