Bundled DNC software, How to use??

Hi there,
I cannot get the dnc software to start. I have visual mill5 basic, but the mecsoft website shows that the dnc software is included with basic.

Under the utilities tab the dnc to machine is greyed out so I cannot start it.

Any ideas on how to use it, the helpfile and manuals have no information at all about it.

DOM as a continuation from the MecSoft forum.
You have to download and install XPert DNC it is a seperate program from VM, they do not install together.
The license is intertwined with VM so VM will need to be open or XPert DNC will not function.
I would imagine you will have to get MecSoft to provide the program with an FTP link.
