Power going into the drive but nothing coming out?

I have my viper 200 drives setup and wired for programing,but when I turn the power on there is motor power going into the drive but nothing coming out,the 12vdc is working and when I use tera term I get the LKR but thats it. Should I be seeing more from the tera term like all the settings on the drive automatically or do I have to enter something to get that to come up.
Can anyone point me in the right direction im pulling my hair out here!

Ok found out the fuse had blown so I changed it and there is still no power to the motor side of the drive,I have got the tera term to work now and read the settings. Just dont know why no power coming out of the drive?

If you blew a fuse (and you say the motor did nothing), something may be wired wrong.
Did you do the encoder check(as described in the manual) ?
