The finish of the part in still pics, is that after finishing treatment or right off the machine? I didn't see any tool marks is why I'm asking.

I used a 2" blue scotch bright pad and burr motor then put them in the viber burr machine I just bought from Harbor freight for 40 minutes, Works great

Really nice! The video is quite paranoic due to the camera being fixed to the moving table, at first i thought the base was fixed and the whole machine was moving!
Anyway, nice part, machine and ride!
What software are you using. Cad and cam.

I paid around $1200 for the Tormach addition of SprutCAM7 (only has PCNC post)and around $1500 for Alibre design expert 2012.
