This part was made from EN1A, I pre drilled the 25m hole so I could run the machine without coolant. This was a simple job until I decided to make it as fast as I could with no burrs. With twin turret lathes I find you have to think of the seperate operations and imagine which you can do together and just try and remove the idle time from the turrets.
