rotory tool changer for 10x22 cnc lathe conv

i would like to see some ideas from ppl about doing a tool changer for this cnc conversion. via rotory table mounted to machine. im thinking in horizonal postion. any ideas?

in lathe land we call a horizontal rotary tool changer a "turret." not sure about one on a 10x22 but people have successfully used them.
