feedback on a Z axis kit for a knee mill and mill drill

Hey group
I need to get your feedback on a Z axis kit for a knee mill and mill drill I want to offer to the masses -
It would be comprised of the following:
All material made of X alloy cut over sized on length to custom fit to A,B,C mill head to be machined by end user
All fasteners supplied as well as taps for them
A pre tapped block of material X for ball screw machined to diameter of quill with proper spacing to clear head castings etc.
Spacer material for head bolts with tap and drill
bearings for ball screw
ball screw and nut
Detailed prints with recommendation on sizes for import like mill or bridgeport

and a possible price tag of $600.00

I also want to offer the same thing for a round column mill drill

Hello,

I would check the US patent web site for quill drive patents. There are several listed there. No one wants to get a lawyer letter.
