I am thinking of rebuilding my Mill to cnc: ![]() I want to use stepper motors. I need some help in finding the right ones. What would you suggest? My knowledge of electronics is neglectable :-) I could by a 190 oz in set from Stepperworld, but is that enough power? |

| Thanks guys. I looked to the 425 oz. But the The FET-3 can drive unipolar stepper motors- 5, 6, or 8 wire. And the Keling is Unipolar with a torque of 304 oz. I tend towards a complete new set. For using with step/dir software; Turbocnc. For instance http://www.kelinginc.net/ThreeXCNCPackage3.html More ideas? Thanks, Eddy. Last edited by EddyK; 05-31-2007 at 02:02 AM. |
