Mill 2 Flats On A Cnc Lathe

I Am Trying To Do Two Flats On A Wasino Lj 63m.
I Have Tried Everything I Know.
I Looked In Programing Manual But All It Tells Me Is How To Do A Square, And It Does.but When I Just Want Two Flats 180deg. Apart
I Get Cutter Radius On One Side Of Flat.
And I Cant Get A Way From It.
Can Anyone Shed Some Light On The Subject.
Any Help Would Be Appreciated.
