Spindle not working on X3

Please can someone help me. I have a Seig X3 Mill with a C11G breakout board running Mach3. I had the machine running OK with the original early breakout board. That board went Awol and I bought a new board from CNC4PC and with a few minor problems the machine is indexing OK.
But, I have a problem with the Milling spindle. The power supply on the new board is completely different to the old board. I cannot get the spindle to run. The new board is Rev 8.2 The original board needed a DC /DC 1212 chip but I do not think that the new board needs one. Any help would be appreciated by this old newby.
