Images for Stickies

This is probably inappropriate and for this I apologize.
However, I find the annoyance or better yet lack of care of quality to simple provide, update or point to where the images are supposed to be for Stickies. IE, A CNC mill build thread from start to finish. Why make this a sticky if there are no images that can be seen or displayed? Please explain to me what's the point of that?

Again, my apologies, I deal with lazy devs and problem websites everyday... There is simple software that detects dead links and should be a part of this websites regular maintenance.

Sorry to complain,,,, just get tired of searching and searching then finding what I need only to find out there are no images displayed because ????? I don't know????
