    Thanks Lee for your encouragement, actually I reserved places for 8 tools with 50mm space from tool center to tool center, Later I'll post some interesting details about the gang tools.

    at the same time I made LONG Z axis, actually more than I need by double. this was unintended mistake.

    Here are some pics of the stepper mount bracket, I made it of angle aluminum extrusion (3mm thick) using my DIY CNC router (Router pics attached).

    Do you by chance have a picture of the shaft with nothing on it? How did you accomplish the bearing retention on the flange side?
