Here are some pics of the stepper mount bracket, I made it of angle aluminum extrusion (3mm thick) using my DIY CNC router (Router pics attached).
Thanks Lee for your encouragement, actually I reserved places for 8 tools with 50mm space from tool center to tool center, Later I'll post some interesting details about the gang tools.
at the same time I made LONG Z axis, actually more than I need by double. this was unintended mistake.

Do you by chance have a picture of the shaft with nothing on it? How did you accomplish the bearing retention on the flange side?
hey guys, long time of absence, so much busy, now I have some videos of my DIY lathe in action, enjoy it!
early test
Bakelite machining
fountain brass nozzle machining
feel free to tell me your remarks
looking good
Nice work!
Good to see it running and turning out parts!
Love the gang tooling you have setup.

Could you post full image so I wanna take a look if possible to build same. The video shows great and looks like an auto tool changer. Waiting for your reply.

I am looking to start building similar since don't have much experience in machining.
Can you offer the Headstock diagram? also you have said 10mm pipe I think it is too small. I am reading from last 5 days and thought to step in.
Can I use old Head stock Lathe machines or do I need to prepare this one.?
