Was the email from Peter, or Paypal? Have you emailed Peter to ask him what's going on?
On May 9th I placed an order with Homann Designs (http://www.homanndesigns.com) for two electronically delivered items (a product license and the Mach MAD plugin). The funds were immediately withdrawn from my PayPal account. These were funds residing in my account, not a credit card charge, so there can have been no problems with a credit card issue. These should have been delivered within 24 hours at the most. To date I have received nothing.
On May 17th I received an email stating that the order had been canceled. No explanation, just a terse message that the order had been canceled. However, NO REFUND WAS MADE TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT! I immediately sent an email asking for an explanation.
After 2 business days (more that ample time for a legitimate business to respond to a customer service issue) I have heard nothing, nor has my money been refunded.
Has anyone else had experience with Homann Designs?

The email was from support2009@homanndesigns.com.
I emailed my question to support2008@homanndesigns.com as specifically instructed in the email.
"If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at support2008@homanndesigns.com. Sincerely, homanndesigns.com"

The issue appeared to be seemed to be some sort of email problem between Homann Designs and myself. Peter and I were finally able to establish a reliable path of communications and I have received all the products I ordered. Peter was very attentive to resolving the problem once we were able to establish communications.
