Hi, I'm looking to see if anyone here has used 1st INDEX as a marketing tool and if yes, I'd like to hear what your feedback is. For the record, 1st INDEX is basically a manufacturing internet site that vendors pay to join and then they are allowed to view and quote on open bids.
