I don't see any reason to talk to Bobcad at this time. What can any say about software that does not work as advertised. The last any only time I talked to Chris he blew so much smoke up my but. I felt like I need a rectal exam out of fear of cancer. the main point is that the software does not work at this time. untill it does Bobcad will only have me making statement like this untill it is fixed. Untill that time nothing Bobcad can say will change my mind.
Just like a dunk untill you admit a promblem no-one can help you.

    HMB3000... Chris is doctor too..

I request to Chris, Please talk gently...Don't say like " talk to me"...If you say it in this way "I request to all my honourable customer to please talk to me, my doors always open to you...If you have any problem i am always at ur doorstep to solve"...I think it would be better...

Chris you have to read "Beautiful Minds" by Edward de Bono...Its really a nice book..

    Sorry about that....

I got a little fired up there. Khalid, you had some good content there and I appreciate that. I sit on top of BobCAD-CAM development and Technical Support and a number of other hats. Sometimes hard to switch fast. However, the product and you guys are the most important. The "used car salesman" hit went right to the heart. I know some folks are pissed. We're working to get everything solved by Wednesday so that you can see the difference in the work. I look back at version 21 and where that started. It started at Version 18 and boy was that a big change from version 17. It took a while to get everyone settled but it also had a big book that I wrote. I didn't do one for V22 and I should have. And I know it. I will make sure that we have one for the next big version. And we will certainly have an extended term of expanded testing. The product is the most important and then customer service is right behind that. We'll work harder and your input is valuable!

    Mushy & Training

Nothing mushy going on round here. Just getting things right. We do offer training classes, online and in class. What version do you currently have? I have new Version 22 Orientation Course book we just finished. Really no one knows about it yet but I may be able to get you one if you have V22. Just let me know.

We are using version 21.5.2. What i am more interested in is the 3d features. Right now I am making my toolpaths in autocad and exporting code out of lazycam. That is some very basic software, but it gets the job done. Just anything that needs 3d ramps i am manually adgusting to text file. Very tedious.

From my recall, LazyCAM is pretty cool. Isn't that a MachIII product? 3D ramps are not available in the V21. This is something we have spent a lot of time talking about. We'll get you there but you will need to bear with us for the moment.

Yeah, mach 3 is our controller. Like I said it works well for 2dimensional cutting but the ramp feature would be nice.
