    Q: How much less than USA prices will Asian tooling be?

    Do you have any experiences in sourcing your tooling to China manufactory. How How much less than USA prices will China tooling be?

    I looked at getting some stuff made in China ,Pakistan, and a small shop here in the USA. A half inch coated carbide endmill from Pakistan was something like $3 cheaper than an uncoated made in USA one for a small order (25 pcs of each size) ad that doesn't include shipping. It would probably be worth it in large quantities but not for small stuff. The price manufacturer direct for the uncoated USA carbide was about what you can find them new on eBay for.
