Geckodrive did a nice gesture

So I'm planning my cnc like so many others here, and just before Christmas I ordered a few G203 from them.
Since me being abroad from the US they where to ship my stuff with the cheapest shipping service so I expected it to take some time. When I hadn't recieved anything from them in Mid January I sent them an email about this.

Within a few hours I got the reply that my order had unfortunately been overlooked during the busy holidays, but they should ship my stuff immediately. When I ordered the parts they where discounted and of course this was still vaild for me, I wouldn't have expected anything else.

However, as a way of compensating me they also offered me a free of charge express delivery, so I had my parts just a few days after that. This, I feel, was a nice gesture and actually not something I had expected.

I think this was worth mentioning here as a good thing.

Mariss appears to do his business because building and providing the stuff is something he loves to do. He appears to have a high regard for fellow man which no doubt guides much of what he does.

Profit is just an interesting by product and while important is secondary.

Makes for a really neat place to do business.
