I see that this is nearly dead but count me in on the list of scammed consumers. I really went after him about a year and a half ago. Filed charges via Phoenix PD, FBI and other groups that I don't even know. Phoenix PD was weak, transfering from department to department. I went as far as to hire a private investigator to get a physical address for the PD to no avail. I've lost track of the deadbeat but I still have everything documented. I look around but I am sure he is doing business under aliases by now. I don't say this about many people but I hope bad times come to this guy.
