I agree. I placed two orders six months apart and they were both shipped promptly and were of good quality. On top of that, when I had questions I was able to reach someone even after hours.

I agree, they reply ur emails all the time and the response time is very quick. But sometimes they do not read your email carefully enough, so they miss out some of the questions I ask.
Last time they said they had a case that can enclose all the stepper motors, stepper motor drives and power supply, and this time i emailed them for a quote. guess what they say?

Had a driver problem. Called and was told to send it in no problem getting it exchanged. Sent Friday got it Wednesday. Super great service. I got my motors dirvers, power supply, and breakout board from Keling. Quality has been good.
Will do business with them in the future.
