    legacy has had the reputation of taking your money and leaving you with your pecker in your hand. They are a horrible company to deal with. I don't have a cnc from them but a manual legacy.

    Conversely Shopbot is the absolute tops in customer service. They don't care if you are the 5th owner of a bot, if you need help they will work with you until your problem is solved. Never ever do they talk of charging you for their time. They are the best company I have ever dealt with and EVERYONE there is easy to deal with.
