Looks like you either have duplicate vectors, or it's not one continuous vector. Can you post it here?
Vcave5 generates this toolpaths, on both the inside and outside of the drawing. And I wish to have it only on the outside. All elements on are welded together. How do I obtain this?

The slope is welded to one in Vcarve. And org. made in Solid Edge.
Try this. I cleaned it up in AutoCAD.

I trimmed some of the arcs that were too long, and extended some others, as well as deleted some small segments at the ends of the longer arcs. Once all the endpoints lined up, I joined everything into a single polyline.
So, I think the problem was with your .dxf file, and not with V Carve Pro.
