    2d random toolpath issue

Im having a few issues wth my Cut 2d package, no doubt its 100% operator error, but hopefully someone can help!

When I generate a tool path in Cut 2d, then export it to Mach 3, it all works 100% apart from some lines of code which randomly send the tool off on a big 360deg circle (which doesnt show up on the Cut 2d toolpath preview). I tried making a part using the code but it did indeed try to do the big circle part which was shall we say, extremely detrimental to both the part and my mood!

Here's a MACH 3 toolpath that shows the path

    Any ideas?

Change your IJ mode in Mach3. Config>General Config. You probably have it set to absolute and it should be incremental.
