    Package deal?

I'm contemplating on which CAM software to purchase for my upcoming DIY CNC. I was wondering if there were any packaged deals out there to purchase VCarve Pro for a reduced price? I know that Mach 3 has similar deals where the original price is $159 but if one buys a stepper motor etc you can get it for $139. Is there anything like this out there?

Also I will be focusing on signs and woodworking(cabinet parts, templates, etc) so i was wondering, does pro do a good job on simple tasks such as hole drilling and 2d cutouts? I'm guessing V pro can do everything cut2d can do plus some right? Thanks for any input

Yes, V Carve Pro is a pretty full featured 2.5D CAM package, in addition to an awesome V Carve package, and raster to vector converter. The only packages I'm aware of are the ones Vectric offers, bundling multiple Vectric products together.
