Annoying problem when starting VCarve Pro

I am using VCarve Pro on a pc that I never connect to the internet with and after installing the software and entering the registration information I would get a box that wanted me to register online each time I started the software. I accidentally clicked ok or what ever it said. Now when ever I start the program a blank page is open in Internet Explorer.

Can someone help me to prevent this from happening?
