I have a question I use VCarve Pro and Mach3 how does Mach know it is time for a tool do I name my tools differently to use one file or do I load a second file?

You need to use one of the Mach3 ATC posts, which will add an M6 for tool changes. Just select all your toolpaths when exporting your g-code.

You're tools should have different numbers, but it's not critical if they don't, since you're manually changing them.
