How do you round over letters?

So I'm trying to do a recessed name in an ovel. No matter what font I use the letters come out straight up and down. Is there a way to round, arch or V the letters over?

What software are you using?

I'm using Aspire

You can create 3D letters using "create shape from vectors"

Or,

You can use the prismatic toolpaths to create beveled letters.

Or,

You can use a roundover form tool to round over the edges of the letters.

There are probably many other ways to do it.
