    My 1st 3d - sector off center??

If you'll look at the pic and draw a line from 7 o'clock to 1 o'clock the bottom half is shifted down just a bit. Then you'll see some extra cuts on the top left corner/side. What would cause this?

I did a rough cut w/ 1/4 end mill and final cut w/ 1/8 bull nose.

My first thought was that maybe I didn't get the 1/8 bit placed on center when I changed bits but then I also figured that would create a shift in the entire design not just that sector.

My other question is when you replace bits what's the easiest way to put the changed bit back on center short of eyeballing it? I have a Joe's CNC w/ Mach3.

I did the rough cut at 100ipm and the 1/8 at 75ipm raster.

    Thank you kindly!
