This is most likely a Shark issue, and not a Cut3D issue. I'd ask in the Shark forum:

Hello,
I am using a Shark Pro Plus and Cut3D. I set the xyz home position to 0,0,0. I then run the gcode. The rough pass comes out perfect but when it starts the finishing pass it starts to the left of where it should by several inches. In other words, the finish pass is offset from the roughing pass. I then stop the carving and click the return to home button. The bit moves to the left of where I initially set the home position. This problem happens on about every other carving I do.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how I can fix this?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
James
