    drawing using multiple tool/toolpath

    Hi All

    Can anyone help,

Ive been trying to draw a basic square using V carve pro.

I would like to cut 2 of the sides using a v cutter, and the other 2 sides using
a straight cutter however so far ive had no luck. Am i doing this right

I am drawing a sqaure, then use node edit mode the cut vectors,
Select the 2 sides i want and do v cutter toolpath, then i selet the other 2 sides
    and do staright cutter toolpath.

However when i want to select these i get a message basically stating
    open vectors can not do

    Need some help please

    Thank you
    Anthony

Use a profile toolpath with the "On" option.

There are different types of toolpaths. You can't use a V-Carve toolpath with open vectors, so you need to choose a Profile toolpath.

The Profile toolpath has options for left, right, or on the vector. Use the "On" option.
