Cut3D - Three different toolpaths, different zero. What Gives

OK, this has me confused. I imported the attached file into CUT3D and set my zero (x, y @ 0,0). I set my material size at x, y to be 6, 12" respectively. The z, thickness is 0.75" I went through and created a rough tool path and a finish tool path. When I load the rough tool path into Mach3, it zeros in the center of the material stock on the display (but my zero of the cnc is at the x,y of 0,0). If I load the finish tool path in Mach 3, it zeros where my CNC is zero'ed.

Can you post your "v3d" file generated with Cut3d?

I think I had a glitch in my program. Today I started it up and I cannot reproduce the same error. Thanks anyway.
