    V Carve Pro and TorchMate?

Greetings, first time on here, hope I'm doing this right. I have a Torchmate CNC plasma cutting setup with a router attachment on it and have been routing out a few practice projects. I can't get it to cut out a letter or number in one stroke. When I type the number "1" the router travels up one side and down the other leaving a raised center. I have been looking at the VCarve Pro software and it looks like it will do what I want it to do. Their training videos in their trial version are pretty good also. I haven't had a chance yet to try it out on the Torchmate, it's really cold in the shop and no heat. I am wondering if there is anyone out there that is using the VCarve Pro with a Torchmate and how it is working for them. It is really time consuming having to email their tech support then wait for an answer. Thanks..
