    How a PVC flashdrive is made?

    Hi. I am unsure on what forum should I post this thread. Please move it if necessary, admin.

    I need to know how the PVC casings for flashdrives are made. The ones that can be custon built. Does any one knows about a webpage or a video about this? I will be very grateful if yo uhelp me on this subject.
    This is an example of the USB casings I talk about:

    The parts are injection molded,for some of them, then the usb part is snapped into place,Some are insert molded as well, I don't think there will be to much pvc used for this product

    I know for sure they are PVC, plastisol and they are hand-filled moulded. First the operator fills each half of the mould and when they are well filled to the top, both halves are closed and heated to cure.

    I need a deeper understanding of this. A video would be very helpful. Thanks for all your help.
