I have a couple of small ABS Standoff's that I need quotes on. I'm needing 1,000/5,000 of each, they are turned from 1/4" diameter black ABS, and have a hole on one end that is drill and tapped 4-40. The OD is not a critical dimension.
Please review the print closely and make sure this is something you can handle in your shop with relative ease and a quick turnaround.
This isn't a job to get rich on, but could provide you with an ongoing relationship for my turning work on these two items and more. I am able to make these in house, but it's not my niche so if someone is better equipped to knock these parts out, I can focus on other projects.

At least whoever it is spelled USA correctly, ha,ha. Seen quite a few Chinese companies claim to be in the United States and then spell the name of the state they claim to be in wrong. Another favorite of mine is the posters mostly seem to have American female names, except for Hugo here. I think anyone outsourcing a small job to China should be tried for treason. How hypocritical is it to sell to Americans while shipping their own money out of the country. Also if the item looks like a good seller you know the Chinese companies will just start selling it direct themselves. NDA's and patents mean nothing to them.
