RFQ - 1 Motor Mount Bracket

I need a quote for a small motor mount bracket. The quote should include material, which is mild steel. All dimensions are in inches. The mount doesn't have to be anything fancy but, it needs to be square and have holes in correct locations.

The mount needs to be constructed of a piece of angle or two welded plates with two welded brace pieces. Any weld spatter around the holes should be removed.

I would make it myself but I dont have to tools at home and working on personal projects at work is frowned upon.

I would like to have the part by 6-22-12 if possible (without any rush fees).
