Im not very experienced in Cad drawings. Can someone tell me how to get the dimensions on my DXF files below. If i open it in the software DWG tru view the dimensions are there but not labeled unless you hit the measure button. I drew them in emachineshop and exported to dxf since it was the only program i knew how to build it in with the oring grooves. Also how do i know what the tolerance should be ? Learning little by little but need that extra help. I have inventor 2013 but it locks up my computer when i use it and inventor fusion i cant see how to make grooves.
Heres the DXF files.

You can only export 2d drawings from e machine shop. 3d drawings will only work with emachine shops service.
