    N. Carolina needs pattern/prototype CNC Milled

Need a pattern/prototype milled for Alum casting project 12"x16"x3.5" (HxLxD). Its pretty large parts so fairly equipped mill will be needed.

    1) need costs for materials, programming and machine time itemized separately.
    2) Looking for someone that can (not mandatory) mill with wood or 3000 series Alum billet (trying to keep material costs reasonable :-)

I have drawings *.pdf or step and solid works parts file

    Pattern/prototype

We would be interested in quoting on your project.
Do you need both a casting pattern and a prototype machined? We can certainly do either.

Please send your SolidWorks file, project requirements including material, minimum corner radii, tolerances, etc...and your complete contact information to me at info@davidwolfedesign.com.

    Thanks,
