Small Swiss Stainless Parts Needed

We have a new part that we need made from 316 Stainless. Part requires a Swiss CNC machine with at least two live tools and probably a subspindle.

The part is not medical, it is for commercial resale, so price per part is important. Finish diameter is .100" +/- .005, so 1/8" stock can be turned down or .100" or 2.5mm ground stock could be used, which would eliminate turning the outside diameter. Part is about 1 3/8" long, has 4 small milled details and one end is turned down to .0625" +/- .0005" diameter.

There are a five details that need to be made and they could all use the same tools and program with only changes to a couple of variables needed to switch from one part to another.

Quotes requested for 50, 100 and 200 of each detail, so 250, 500 and 1000 pieces need to be quoted.

The products currently has a patent pending on them, so a signed non disclosure form will need to be received before the print can be sent. Turn around time of less than 30 days required.
