Quote for small job near Indianapolis, IN

I am needing a quote for a job that is to be cut from 1/8 steel. There will be a 14.5" outer ring that is 1/2" wide that will have three tabs on the inside approximately 4 inches long pointing to the center. There is also a 3/4" wide rolled ring welded on the surface of the outer ring. I have a 3-D PDF drawing if you are interested.
