    Rough Estimate needed

I need a rough estimate on the cost to either mill/turn or rapid prototype the attached part. I plan to take that and do a bunch of fine detailing by hand and then pull a rubber mold off of it. I can build it up by hand from the getgo but I figured it would be worth getting a rough estimate. I'm not particular as to the material, so long as it is not a steel or something so flimsy that i would be unable to work it by hand with a file to add detail.

the file may or may not have successfully been attached to the post, so a link is below
