2D 6"x12" CNC Request

I would like some really small and flat cuts made.
There are multiple 1.4mm holes.

Material in order of preference:
- 2mm Carbon Fiber
- 2mm Fiberglass/G10
- 3/32" Delrin/Acetron/Acetal

Below is an obscured basic picture of what it is. Three sets easily fit on a 6"x12" piece of material.

I need these by the end of this month at the very latest!
