Nead easy turned part

I'm attaching a PDF of a small part 64057 that needs to be turned out of O1 ground rod, 0.3125 diameter (length may vary but close to .6250) with an 8-32 tapped hole. Needs to be case hardened and if you don't have that capability I can get it done locally. Need 100-250 parts

You apparently submitted a quote but CNC.Com has the most baffling, user un-friendly and un-intuitive system and nobody intelligent enough to make it better (yes, I'm ranting).
