RFQ: Simple Cavity Mold in HDPE - Houston, TX

I need a small prototype cavity mold milled from HDPE block (PDF illustration attached). No dimensions on the PDF, but the rough overall block dimensions are 8" x 6" x 1.5". Interior vertical walls have slight draft angles (2-5 degrees) and the interior finish should be very smooth.

I'd prefer to keep the work near Houston, if possible, but distance is not necessarily a deal killer. Depending on how well the prototype works out, I'll probably need larger (multi-cavity) molds of this and other types in the future.

I have 3D CAD renderings available in several file formats. Please PM me for details and quote submittal.

    Thanks,
    R. Andrews
