I would like quote for 2 of 116-789350 and one each of the ludl_support* parts. All are 6061 aluminum blocks. Drawings are attached - 3D files available if it helps. Preference towards local Pittsburgh, PA shops, but anyone can offer quotes. If we like the work (including price and delivery time), we could use you again for small jobs and prototype work. Thanks!

Drawing Corrections:
the m6 tapped holes in the ludl_support* drawings should be 6.6mm UNTAPPED thru holes. the counterbores are 11.2mm diam and 6.0mm deep

Can you provide details of c-bores? Depth/diameter?
